Dear DAVE DIETRICH: We, at MACK AVENUE SKULLGAME, had just this type of weekend planned. THE DOCTOR was going to flow us some scrip for Cialis, Levitra and Viagra and we were going to mix and match them with a pharmacopia of other easily available and attainable, shall we say, CRACK?
