EX-NEW YORK GOV. ELIOT SPITZER'S HO NOW HATES HER LOSS OF PRIVACY, LOADS. SKULLGAME MAKES TRENCHANT & TIMELY SUGGESTION WHILE POINTING AT OUR PEE PEES.

"AND...AND...WELL, THESE PICTURES I PUT UP ON A WEBSITE ADVERTISING MY SERVICES AS A HO FOR THE WHOLE ENTIRE WORLD TO SEE WERE IN NO WAY SUPPOSED TO BE VIEWED BY THE WHOLE ENTIRE WORLD!"

NEW YORK (SkullGame) --The "lawyer" for the "call girl" linked to the downfall of GOV. ELLIOT SPITZER lashed out at the media on Friday for thrusting the 22-year-old woman, again and again, more and more deeply, into the "public glare" without her consent, or a six figure contract, and publishing revealing photos of her from her public website wherein she displayed her surgically enhanced rack and promised "trips to paradise" to anyone with a cock and some cash.

But since her identity was disclosed, newspapers and Web sites have splashed photos of ASHLEY ALEXANDRA DUPRE in suggestive poses on front and inside pages. Dupre was known as "Kristen" in court documents accusing Spitzer of paying thousands for prostitutes' services. Her attorney, the Hebrew Don D. Buchwald, said she did not consent to the use of her photos in this manner, just for "hooking, ho'ing, and a'hoovering" and the usage may be a violation of federal copyright laws, mostly connected to hooking, ho'ing, and a'hoovering. He said the photos have appeared on commercial Web sites without her consent.

The websites have yawned, and rolled over, after dropping loads that represent a 4317 percent markdown from DUPRE'S previous market value of $4317 per act of sexual coitus.

FEMALE TEACHER HAVING SUCK SEX WITH TEEN BOY. AMERICA ANGRY: "WHERE WERE THESE HOES WHEN WE WERE IN SCHOOL?!?!?!?"

READIN', 'RITING, & RIMJOBS!

TAMPA (SkullGame) -- A 28-year-old math teacher was arrested Thursday, accused of having sex with a 14-year-old boy, sex that included the serial sucking of load after load of teen semen.

STEPHANIE MARIE RAGUSA, a nice Italian broad whose mother, god forbid, is not alive to have to see this infamnia, didn't have the student in any of her classes, a Hillsborough Sheriff's Office spokeswoman said. But she met the boy on campus while she was working as a special education teacher at Davidsen Middle School last year, especially educating students about semen, and things like that.

Somewhere along the way, deputies say, the two began having semen-swallowing sex. Repeatedly. A school resource officer was alerted to the situation after a hater came forward, Hillsborough schools spokesman Stephen Hegarty said. According to the sheriff's investigation, Ragusa had three sexual encounters with the teen between Oct. 1, 2006, and May 4, 2007 — twice in her car and once in her apartment, sheriff's spokeswoman Debbie Carter said.

Over that period, the boy turned 15. When interviewed by a deputy, the victim confirmed his relationship with the teacher, Carter said. One of the times they had sex, he told them, was when he should have been in an after-school class. The other two times took place at night, Carter said.
Public records show Ragusa purchased a home last year at 15324 Lake Bella Vista Drive with Tony William Irvin, whose shame amuses us to an extremely large degree.

Ragusa is the third female teacher, or slut, from Hillsborough County schools in recent years to be accused of having sex with a teenager they knew from school. Did we mention that WE are teenagers too? Well, we are. And heading to Florida. To have our teenage knobs burnished in the name of higher education. And suckology. And shit.

RED LIGHT DISTRICT'S LARRY SCHWARZ LIVES WITH HOES, DISHES ON THE WHYS & WHEREABOUTS O' PORN & GENERALLY HAS A LIFE WE WOULD KILL HIM TO HAVE: READ. AND THEN WEEP, SUCKERS.

Larry Schwarz.jpg
MY VERY SMILE MOCKS YOU.

It was very simple. Ask and you shall you receive, and so we did: and after a few well-publicized celebrity porn tapes, as well as the departure of a few high profile producers [VINCE VOUYER & ERIC EVERHARD], Red Light District, one of the premier porn companies seemed perfectly poised to prognosticate as to whether porn as we know it is dying in front of our eyes, leaving us to have to worry about our loads of the future, or whether this weird time is just a much-needed adjustment.

Enter LARRY SCHWARZ.

With a background as general manager for Platinum X starting on April Fool's Day in 2003, when it first opened its doors, Schwarz was there when Red Light bought out all the partners of PX and brought him into handle Public Relations, and hoes, as well as trade shows, accounting assistance, collections, credit memos and return product management, advertising, general marketing strategies and management, accepting and checking all talent applicant forms and taking the stills from which the directors may choose talent for booking.

In short: everything.

And it gets better: top management positions from age 32-on in several mainstream companies, a couple of terms as a goddamned elected state representative (not in CA) from age 55, and worked in a state position as vice-chair and chairman of a major state board by appointment from TWO different governors, prior to coming to RLD.

In other words, he could kill you.

So we interviewed him.

SkullGame: porn sales are down, what? 36 percent? To seemingly never return.
Youporn.com and file-sharing IS the problem or only part of the problem?

LARRY SCHWARZ: A combination of a lot of free porn all over the internet, piracy, private web cam porn and so many other pressures, all are adversely affecting the sales of DVD's. We at RLD are down for sure, but luckily seem to be holding our own and not as "down" as many others; nevertheless, have been experiencing declining DVD sales. Some decline has been because of having to stop shipping to some distributors who, for whatever reasons, are not paying their debts and we choose to stop-loss those accounts receivable.

SG: porn's always been more technologically forward than many other industries and even Hollywood as a whole...how'd the fuck did they miss this?

LS: I think most people believed, and with some false sense of security and hope, that when VHS died, DVDs would "live on forever," only increasing in sales over time. There has been a "last minute rush" to improve presence on the internet through club memberships, downloading, etc., but, I believe the industry in general has been "behind-the-curve" here, especially DVD producers. But by expanding into new, yet related as well as potentially unrelated markets, we are both re-organizing, stream lining, and concentrating on cash flow, sales, collections, plus closely examining and considering all opportunities and marketing, including, but not limited to increasing our internet club memberships, affiliate programs, downloading, shooting in HD, producing Blu Ray products, broadcasting, soft-core in addition to hard-core, new lines of products in addition to DVDs, added genres to our line-up, more celebrity DVDs as available, new in innovative distribution systems and concepts, and virtually all other related and unrelated profitable business opportunities. Examples of our websites we are marketing include our club site where a member can watch virtually all our titles or only specific scenes and/or download at www.clubredlight.com; or, a fan may go on a free site to see FREE FLASH TRAILERS, search for movies by name and/or talent, and purchase our movies at www.rldd.com; for our website friends of all type, they may earn income by joining our affiliate program(s) at www.redlightrevenue.com; for IPOD viewing of RLD titles a fan may go to our "Porn On The Pod" site at www.iporns.com; and for celebrity "specialty" sites we offer www.1nightinparis.com,
www.amyfishercaughtontape.com, www.joeycaughtontape.com, www.1nightinchina.com, and www.screeched.com.

SG: Yeah, but isn't the democratization of porn, where everybody and their mother's got a video out, just going to cheapen the value of porn overall? I mean is THIS what's happening?

LS: I certainly believe this has been a major contributor to the declining sales per release per production company AND reduced prices per piece, resulting in dramatic reductions in general profit margins! Too many people think they will easily come into the adult market and make millions, not realizing the actual costs of productions and how long it takes to cash flow the business. Then many begin "dumping" product at cut-throat low prices per piece, hurting everyone else in the business. At the same time, the costs of production, not unlike all businesses in mainstream as well as porn, from modern equipment to maintain the highest of quality and competition, to the talent expectations and costs, to replication and top-notch art work, to transportation costs, warehousing, locations, and
all other associated cost factors, CONTINUE TO RISE! All these factors contribute to lower and lower profit margins, and yet cheaper quality productions from many of the producers who sell at even lower prices per piece.

It takes a long time for fans to see this low quality and react to it - many not caring as long as they can "get off" while watching whatever they have in front of them. Eventually, there is likely to be a "collapse" of many companies, mergers, consolidations; however, the sad thing is it could very well include some really fine, high quality producers BEFORE the cheap and low quality "Johnny-Come-Latelys."

I believe though with over 300 million in U.S. population, many if not most who are openly or are closet adult fans, we can turn the corner and not only survive but thrive! The industry has to shake-out the weak, unprofessional, low margin, low quality, inefficient, and generally undesirable "representatives" of the adult industry; become more and more acceptable in the eyes to the general public (so called mainstream), and continue to aggressively market products meeting the desires, demands, and
expectations of the purchasing public instead of simply only producing what pleases the director at the time. This will take a shift in business thinking, market research, opening new avenues to reach the adult public, and generate interest and desire to own and/or rent our products and new products
and/or services yet to be developed.

Look, when production of buggy whips were on the decline as the automotive industry came into it's own, those manufacturers had to go through the same process or "die" - we are at a similar crossroad, and RED LIGHT DISTRICT fully EXPECTS to be one of us in the adult industry WHO DOES survive and thrives in this developing new-age.

SG: Yeah, but we review hundreds of movies...SkullGame is in fact the largest database of online porn reviews and we have to say that 70 percent of what we review is aggressively average. Maybe THIS is the goddamned problem.

LS: I believe your comments and observations here are certainly a contributing factor. Talent, except males in many cases, are generally the same in everyone's scenes. There is little long-term fan "loyalty" to even the hottest of the female talent today compared to the adoration and sales-power many of the female stars use to attract. Female talent add more and more to their repertoires of what they are willing to do during performances, to continue to be booked, but even then can go only so far,
then seem to vanish from scenes either by choice or by being "shot-out".

What was considered shocking, extreme, and hard-core, fast becomes "the norm" and no longer of interest to many fans, many of whom seem to want harder and harder, nastier, more degrading performances. On the other hand, evolution in all things seems to eventually cause the pendulums to swing back to the "old" because it "seems new" again after enough time passes. Then, the "aggressively average" is also because of the explanation [above]. "Cheap" productions by entry businesses and resultant lower prices to remain competitive in sales, coupled with higher costs for production, many times results in even lower cost/valued and "aggressively average" scenes, merely to survive and remain in business. The challenge for all of us, certainly including RLD, is to find ways to overcome these negative internal and external factors, survive, thrive, keep quality high while meeting fan demands, and ultimately stay in existence while the weak and cheap die away.

SG: We thank you. Our nuts thank you.
